Mt. Pleasant asks for a little input

Image by Flickr user (nz)dave After the failed sticky note survey of 2006, it's easy to see why they opted for an online survey.

If you're a resident of Mount Pleasant, the town wants your input on what you like about the town and think is important.

Here's what a note on "Mount Pleasant's community Web site" read:

Attention all Mount Pleasant residents…we want to hear from you! These are exciting and important times for our town as we continue to work to keep Mount Pleasant a desirable and vibrant place to live and work.

As RESIDENTS of our town, we are interested in what you think…

What made you decide to move to Mt Pleasant?

What were the key attractions…and any detractors in your decision?

How do you rank the importance of great schools, convenient location and access to healthcare?

This brief survey is being conducted by an independent research firm as part of the Town’s comprehensive marketing and planning initiatives. You can be assured that your responses are being treated with 100% confidentiality. Consolidated results will be posted early in 2010. If you also work in Mt Pleasant, be sure to take the Business Community Survey located on this website as well!

Thanks for your time and input. We truly appreciate the participation!

Start filling out the survey over here.

And here's a link to the business survey.

Oh, and here's background info on the project.
