Last month, a suspect was arrested in the September 16 armed robbery of Emily's Restaurant a block off Bay Street.

Arrested was 18-year-old Dallas Andrew O'Hara, aka Dallas Tiger, and now police have arrested O'Hara's half-brother 31-year-old Scott John Bell and have charged him with Armed Robbery and Criminal Conspiracy.

A former employee of the restaurant, police accuse Bell of, "being involved in the planning and commission of the crime as well as sharing in the proceeds".

A small amount of cash, a cell phone, and a bottle of vodka were stollen during the robbery.
