Low-income housing coming to Concord Park site
In 1989 Hurricane Hugo devastated not only Charleston but an entire block of low-income housing near where the S.C. Aquarium now stands. The City of Charleston has now agreed to build low-income housing for seniors on much of the Concord Park area.

Tuition wavers axed for those over 60 and working full-time
