The rain seems to have pretty well left us, but the remnants of Fay are still hanging around and are expected to drift back through the western Carolinas. That could bring more sogginess to us. More

Fay's continuing it's way across Florida where it has killed two women. Locally, Fay's doing a lot less but it will still be wet and windy in town with a host of other risks. Update: With tidbits on what the rain's flooded and what to expect. More

Though Topical Storm Fay tropical storm fay is still expected to cut back into Florida and Georgia, it's still entirely reasonable to expect some winds and rain as the storm is expected to reach hurricane strength as it skids out into the Atlantic. More
