Monday,  the former South Carolina treasurer, reality TV star and convicted felon Thomas Ravenel presented about 16,500 signatures from registered voters in his bid for U.S. Senate. The seat is currently held by Republican Lindsey Graham.  If the signatures get verified, Ravenel will appear on the November ballot as an independent.
