Tropical Storm Andrea poised to sideswipe Lowcountry

Tropical Storm Andrea is churning with 45 mph winds in the waters of the Gulf of Mexico and heading north at 10 mph. Forecasters expect the storm to turn northeast during the next several hours, lining it up for a brush over the Florida Panhandle and up through the area of the Lowcountry, all of it, from the Beaufort area, to Charleston area, to Myrtle Beach area.
