Thanks to new rules, 12 graduating Marines will become U.S. citizens
Thanks to new expedited naturalization rule, a group of 12 graduating recruits at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island will be sworn in as new U.S. citizens today, January 3, at 10 a.m.
