Joanne Myers has been selected as the winner of the 26th Annual North Myrtle Beach St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival T-shirt Design Contest. This is the second time a design by Myers has been selected to be on the back of the official souvenir t-shirt.    

The public was invited to create a t-shirt design for the 26th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival souvenir t-shirt.
