Two restaurants among businesses planning to open in SayeBrook Town Center

Moe’s Southwest Grill as well as  the sandwich chain Which Wich are among the businesses that will be opening in a new building at SayeBrook Town Center which is located off S.C. 544 near U.S. 17 Bypass.

AT&T, Massage Envy as well as The Joint chiropractic place will round out the lineup in a new a building that is under construction off S.C. 544 at the enterance to SayBrook according to Rox Pollard who is vice president and principal and manager of retail services for Colliers International who is handling leasing for SayeBrook.

All the businesses are expected to be open by the spring, even though more specific opening dates haven't yet be announced, Pollard said.

Moe’s said earlier this year that it planned to open in SayeBrook, and also said it will have indoor seating as well as an outdoor patio.

This will be the  first location along the Grand Strand for Which Wich. The offer more then 50 types of customizable sandwiches,  and also offers vegetarian options and several sandwiches with less than 400 calories each. The eatery also serves house chips, shakes and cookies.
