Myrtle Beach police are investigating after three men reported items were taken from their apartment including, about 20 pairs of children shoes, four pairs of Nike-brand shoes, and jewelry, according to a police report.

One of the victims also told police he knew a woman who matched the description of a person a witness saw carrying items and leaving home, police said.

The victim said the woman had been there with him earlier that morning, but left about 9:45 a.m., authorities said.
