McLeod Health will build a medical office building at SC 31 and International Drive as the first phase of a medical campus it plans to develop on 42 acres at the intersection.

The medical building will be located behind the new StarTek building in the Carolina Forest Town Centre.

“We are pleased to initiate the investment of these medical offerings for the people in our county,” Dick Tinsley, administrator of McLeod Seacoast, said in a news release.
