Liberty Brewery & Grill announced the winners of its second annual homebrew competition “Wanna Get Tapped?” on Sept. 12. Contestants and members of the Myrtle Beach Area Society of Homebrewers (MASH) gathered inside Liberty’s brewhouse as Brewmaster Mike Silvernale read the results: Tom Sheffield from High Point, N.C. won third place with his coffee imperial stout; Royce Green, former MASH club president, came in second with his Mochaccino Stout and another MASH member, Ana-Hayley Jacobs, took top honors with her Coffee Pale Ale.
