The Salt Games, presented by Native Sons, is an entire day of beach fun featuring yoga, volleyball, a tug-of-war, bikini contest and more. It's on Sunday, July 21st and begins at 9 a.m. You can see the full schedule and get registered for individual events here. All events take place in Plyler Park in downtown Myrtle Beach or on the beach immediately in front of it.

All proceeds raised will benefit The Surfrider Foundation of Myrtle Beach.
