Chocolate and Champagne is a special event designed for lovers of chocolate and animals just in time for Valentine’s Day.  Bring your sweetie to the Cooper House in Socastee on February 7 from 5 to 9pm and enjoy heavy horsd’oeuvres, chocolates by Sweeties in Georgetown and culinary volunteers from the community, 2 flutes of champagne, music, and a live and silent auction by C&C Auction.  Guaranteed to be a fun night out for a great cause!  Come dressed to impress and support SC CARES, a sanctuary in Georgetown, SC that rescues and protects exotic animals and wildlife that are unwanted, abused and neglected.  Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages also available.  Tickets are available from Sweeties on Front Street in Georgetown, volunteers, or SC-CARES.org for $30 single/ $50 couple.
