Summerville blaze destroys 16 apartments

A fire at Martins Creek Apartments in Summerville early this morning destroyed some 16 units and has left 13 families without a home.
Some 100 firefighters responded.

There's no word yet on how the 4:30 a.m. blaze may have started.
