Fatal collision on I-95 backs up road for hours

A fatal accident on Interstate 95 Tuesday afternoon has backed up the roadway for hours.
It happened around 2:35 p.m. in the southbound lane near Mile Marker 43, cleanup was still ongoing as of 8:30 p.m.
