The game's back on: Judge rejects Mt. Pleasant poker ruling

First reporting:

The Post and Courier is reporting that a circuit judge is reversing a ruling that Texas Hold ‘Em is a game of chance in favor of it being a game of skill.

While a seemingly trivial matter, the battle has been going on since 2006 and is viewed as test case for legal betting on the game in many states. Many also are arguing against the state's outdated anti-gaming laws.
