Flu seasons begins in Charleston

The first case of flu in South Carolina was detected in a Charleston County resident at the Medical University of South Carolina.
So, now that you've heard the warning shot. Medical officials are reminding it's tim to take precautions. -- Flu season in the U.S. generally peaks in January.
You can find a number of local flu clinics at The Carolinas Center for Medical Excellence. Most clinics offers shots for a modest fee.
