Two stolen cars later, crazy North Charleston police chase ends

In what is likely the area's craziest police chase this year, a suspect managed to steal two cars, dodge two bullets, and be tased before succumbing to police efforts to apprehend him.
That suspect, Harold Junes III, is also accused causing havoc on the roads in his efforts to escape.
