Update January 12: A second set of allegations is being levied against Pinewood Preparatory School in Summerville.
Specifically the suit alleges that the school failed to report Louis "Skip" ReVille to the authorities, stating: "Specifically, no later than the Fall of 2004 ... Pinewood [was] on notice that ReVille had touched the groins of multiple male students while on Defendant Pinewood's property. Despite the fact that [the Defendants] were mandated reporters under South Carolina law, neither contemporaneously reported ReVille's abusive touch of male students to the South Carolina Department of Social Services or law enforcement."

Now lawyers representing an alleged victim have filed a subpoena for any information ReVille may have divulged about Pinewood Preparatory School in Summerville. The lawyers say they are looking into an alleged "conspiracy of silence" by the school in failing to report ReVille.

ReVille is said to be cooperating with authorities and to be very remorseful, there have also been some details of his alleged crimes appearing — which seem to revolve around fondling, masturbation or oral sex on boys.
