Police seeking help from public in regards to Crosstown shooting

With no suspects and few clues, Charleston police are seeking assistance from the public in solving a case of a fatal shooting that took place on Sunday, March 6th.

Robin Williams, 59, of Bennettville, died behind a house on Romney Street due to a gunshot wound to the head. Police responded to reports of gunshots at the vacant house at 208 Romney Street at approximately 2 a.m. Sunday morning.

According to Stacey Denaux, chief executive officer of Crisis Ministries, Williams had a history of homelessness.
