Charges against three of College of Charleston's basketball players have been dismissed after student manager David Baker said all of the pot found was his.

Here's the background: In the wee hours of Tuesday, January 27, College of Charleston campus police approached a car too find it filled with smoke. After a search they uncovered a small amount of marijuana and ticketed the four occupants of the car: Sophomore guard Andrew Goudelock, sophomore forwards Jeremy Simmons and Antwaine Wiggins, and Baker.

It looks like there will be no punitive action -- legal or otherwise -- against the team or players.

They're just lucky they weren't cited in Richland County.
