Game is on for 787 plant: Charleston Boeing workers boot out union (updated x2)

ABC News 4 is reporting that Charleston workers have decertified the union at the local Boeing plant.

The move will up the heat in the debate about Boeing's possible construction of a 787 assembly plant in North Charleston.

I noted a Seattle Times brief that quoted Boeing spokesman Tim Healy as saying, "Boeing Charleston can now move forward to focus on excellence and meeting commitments on the 787 program."
