In an article in the May 2011 issue of 'Every Day with Rachael Ray,' Charleston is all the rave, and a variety of local restaurants are featured for their exciting and tasty food.

Atlanta food critic John Kessler took on the task of highlighting the best and most interesting aspects of Charleston's irresistable food scene. Among the establishments mentioned in the article are: Husk Restaurant, WildFlour Pastry, O-Ku, Monza, Closed for Business, The Glass Onion, the mysterious L.I.M.E. dinners, and more.

And, as a bonus, the Charleston article even shares a timeless, classicly Southern recipe: shrimp and grits.

Locals and visitors alike know how diverse and unparalleled the food scene is in Charleston. It's nice to see it getting some serious national attention!
