Cougars squeak by App State, 73-72, in final home game of the year

The College of Charleston men's basketball team defeated the Appalachian State Mountaineers, 73-72, in the final home game of the season for the Cougars.
The Cougars' win and the 73-51 loss by Davidson guarantees at least a bye in the upcoming Southern Conference tournament for the College of Charleston. The Cougars next travel to George Mason for an ESPN BracketBuster game this Saturday, February 20th. The game will be televised on ESPN2 live at 8 p.m.
