New North Charleston park will bring three youth baseball fields that mimic the big leagues
Image by Flickr user markwhitt It'll be like Boston's Fenway Park only much simpler and smaller.
Ground has been broken on Wescott Park in North Charleston, where three baseball fields will be built for kids — with a twist: They'll mimic the Boston Red Sox's Fenway Park, the Atlanta Braves' Turner Field, and the San Francisco Giants' AT&T Park.
The Post and Courier has a report with most of the meat you'll want (read that here) and Live 5 News has a short clip from the ground breaking (watch that here).
