MSG-The tastiest health problem in the world

190 Michaels Massage-Myrtle Beach Mobile MassageMSG…. Monosodium Glutamate. Oh, she goes by many names when she tries to hide her tasty goodness.
From being called “spices” , and natural flavors.. autolyzed yeast extract and seasonings. It’s all the same, more or less, although slightly chemically altered…. MSG. It’s causing illness and disease globally,it is thought to be responsible for a countless amount of money spent on health care, and yet it is an approved food additive signed and sealed by the very entity that is supposed to keep our foods safe. The FDA. I must give the FDA some credit though… they did alot of research and studies on MSG before approving it  as a flavor enhancer in our foods. Here’s what they found.

  • burning sensation in the back of the neck, forearms and chest
  • numbness in the back of the neck, radiating to the arms and back
  • tingling, warmth and weakness in the face, temples, upper back, neck and arms
  • facial pressure or tightness
  • chest pain
  • headache
  • nausea
  • rapid heartbeat
  • bronchospasm (difficulty breathing) in MSG-intolerant people with asthma
  • drowsiness
  • weakness

This study was comissioned by the FDA and conducted  by the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology (FASEB). The study resulted in a 350 page report completed on 31 July 1995

I would also like to add that… U.S. Government Food Safety Warning. The transport of MSG is controlled by the Bioterrorism Act of 2002.
Seriously? The bioterrorism act?

Here is a list of foods to avoid containing Monosodium Glutamate.

I encourage my people out there to start living in a healthier manner…. exercise a bit more, pick up some outdoor hobbbies, cook and eat fresh foods and avoid all processed foods when possible, start reading food labels! and above all else…. book a massage with me!   http://www.myrtlebeachmassagetherapist.com/
