Fake ‘n’ Bake Pork Chops, Rice, Tomato Gravy, Tossed Salad -Oy please forgive the picture for the recipe here. They were taken three years ago, before I knew *anything* about food photography
Caramelized Garlic and Brown Sugar Chicken, Vegetable Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
Salmon with Rosemary and Lemon, Roasted Potatoes, Roasted Broccoli
Wine Braised Shoulder Roast, Collard Greens and Northern Beans, Roasted Vegetables
Beef and Cheddar Hoagies*, Ranch Potato Wedges, Carrot and Raisin Salad (Saute any leftover cabbage, tonight, too)
*The Beef and Cheddar Hoagies must be made after the shoulder roast, as they utilize the leftover roast. Just broil leftover roast topped with cheddar until all melty and fabulous.
