The Long Bay Symphony 25th Season Celebration Events

The Long Bay Symphony celebrates 25 years of musical excellence during the upcoming 2012-2013 season. In addition to The Symphony Series and the Chamber Orchestra Series programming, here are the 25th Season Celebration Events scheduled to take place:

Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 6:00pm

Rivertown Rhythm: Pack the picnic hamper and head to the Riverfront Park in Conway for an evening with The Long Bay Symphony Pops and Friends. It's a perfect way to end the summer and begin the fall with a concert to benefit the Conway Chamber of Commerce. Enjoy music by your symphony and other local talent.

Solid Silver Salute Post Concert: Salute the symphony and help us celebrate 25 years of musical excellence. Join us for the reception following the concert and meet fellow symphony patrons, our guest artists and Maestro Charles Jones Evans. Dine on delectable cuisine and lift a toast to your professional symphony. 

 

Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 7:30pm

Night of a Million Memories: A "Fun"raising Concert featuring The Association with The Long Bay Symphony Pops. Bring back those memories with toe-tapping music from the 60's and 70's like Cherish, Windy, Never My Love, Along Comes Mary that were all at the top of the charts. Renew your season tickets by July 15, 2012 and receive a $5 discount. 

 

Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 6:00pm

Mad-Hatter Mania: Follow Alice in a evening of festivities with dinner, music, dancing, and celebration. 

 

Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 7:30pm

Broadway Rocks: An evening of upbeat contemporary Broadway hits with three Broadway veterans performing music from Dream Girls, Hairspray, Jersey Boys, and more.
