Georgia-based cable TV, telephone and Internet company Knology Inc. has announced that they're expanding their reach into the Mount Pleasant market.

The company, which serves nearly all of West Ashley and North Charleston, will begin laying their underground cables in Mount Pleasant over the next few months. According to The Post and Courier, "The company said work in individual neighborhoods should be completed within 30 days after it starts. Knology also said work sites will be restored to their original condition."

So, if you're a resident of Mount Pleasant, be on the lookout for dig notices on your doors or in your mail boxes.

The Post and Courier has a detailed post on Knology's arrival; read it here.
