Attorney General Henry McMaster is appealing Circuit Judge Markley Dennis's ruling to toss out charges against five Mount Pleasant Texas Hold 'Em poker players.

We've been watching the poker ring saga play out since April of 2006, and it doesn't look like it is coming to a close any time soon.
