Drama of the day: Joe Wilson says Recovery.gov is 'example of fraud and abuse'

That's what Joe Wilson (R, S.C.) said in a press release about errors in the stimulus accountability Web site, Recovery.gov, that showed job creation non-exhistant South Carolina districts.

Obviously an example of conspiracy -- never mind the obvious explanation that these are factual mistakes on the behalf of those reporting info.

It's certainly embarrassing that these obvious mistakes weren't flagged, but it would be nice if folks kept the rhetoric out of it.

If you want some real substance on the debate, I'd suggest this Talking Points Memo piece and this Washington Post piece.
