City of Charleston proposes $1.3 million budget cut for 2010

Mayor Joe Riley presented the city of Charleston's proposed budget outline for 2010 which is projected to cut spending by more than $1.3 million.
Where will these cuts come from? Reduced city employee pay and the elimination of raises.
