Meeting reveals Charleston's perseverance in keeping mum on Boeing incentives

After one board member of the Charleston County Aviation Authority allowed his comments to drift into the topic of Boeing incentives, he was quickly hushed.

The move demonstrates both the determination to not screw up the possibility of landing a massive boeing plant in North Charleston and yet another incident of Charleston City Councilman Tim Mallard getting no love.
