Mark your calendar for April 11 and the Our Neck of the Woods Community Block Party benefiting the Hampton Park Playground. Revelry Brewing and Big Work Fitness Factory are hosting this event from 12-6 p.m with community partners from the upper neck of the peninsula. The block party will take place at 10 Conroy St., in front of Revelry Brewing and Big Work, and in Cool Blow Park. Admission is free for kids and $10 for adults, which will go to the Charleston Parks Conservancy for improvements to McMahon Playground at the Cleveland Street entrance to Hampton Park. Beer will be available for purchase in the beer garden in front of Revelry Brewing, and food trucks will be serving up tasty eats. Enjoy music, art and children’s activities in Cool Blow Park.
