Stunning idea: Bring back video poker to fix the state budget

You know all that talk about the state being $500 million short for next year? And Governor Sanford lamenting on how it was all avoidable? Well, Charleston rep Robert Ford thinks he's hit a grand idea: Bring back the video poker.

Read more stories on this subject in our state budget topic page.Never mind all the problems it brought the state. But it did bring $2 billion to the state, so never mind the ills it brings it may still be a temptation too strong to resist.
