Daytona 500 winner Ernie Irvan and his wife Kim are suing next-door neighbor Pete Ambrose who operates a community supported agriculture farm and u-pick berry business.

The Irvans are sick and tired of all the traffic, dust and visitors who wander onto their property throughout the year. Also up for debate is whether Ambrose's CSA and u-pick berry business are commercial activities, which are banned by their property owners association, or basic farm practices.
