A call to save the Hokus Pokus pumpkins

Charleston County got stuck enforcing an unpleasant instance of rules meant to keep the roadsides free of sign clutter: they had to tell West Ashley's Hokus Pokus Halloween costumes that their multitude of beloved pumpkin inflatables that they were against the rules.
