S.C. has safest year on roads since 1995

In 2009, South Carolina experienced 881 deaths on the roads -- that's down 40 from 2008, and the lowest since 1995. 

The State has a nice lead up to the news and why officials think its lower (hint: seat belts and the economy) and ABC News 4 confirms the total death count.
