Key player pleads guilty in DSS fraud case

The chief recruiter in a South Carolina Department of Social Services fraud ring has pleaded guilty.

Jonathan Moses of Columbia pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, theft of federal program funds and money laundering.
