Original post: While lanes of Folly Road headed to the beach are open, lanes towards Charleston are closed.

The backup has been caused after a motorcyclist hit the rear of a vehicle as it was crossing Folly Road on Westway Drive near the Westchester subdivision. The motorcyclist is reported to have died and was not wearing his helmet.
