Elderly woman dies after driving car into pond during heavy rains

Thinking is it was hard during Friday's heavy rains in North Charleston to tell that the road was ending and dropping off to a retention pond.
73-year-old Anne Watson of Cayce is now dead.
ABC News 4 was on scene and has a short write-up and video of witnesses and the scene.
