A tractor trailer overturned on a ramp near the intersection of I-526 and I-26. NBC News 2 seems to have the lead on this one, they also have photos from the scene.

Update 12:45 p.m.: The Post and Courier reports that the truck was being righted around 12:20 p.m. The truck has been blocking the exit and stalling traffic.
