New park marks first ever waterfront access in N. Charleston

North Charleston City Council has given to go-ahead to sell almost 12 acres of land on Dorchester Road for a public park, which means North Charleston will now have public waterfront access on the Cooper and Ashley rivers for the first time in its history.
