Texas Hold 'em on top in S.C., but how for how long?

It's been a couple weeks since a circuit judge overturned a ruling that a group of Mount Pleasant gamblers were illegally gaming.
But with so much at stake it's hard to think that the mid-level judge's position will be the final say.
