South Carolina's lawmakers having been busy pre-filing bills for the next Legislative session.

Prominent on the list are bills that prohibit texting while driving, increase the max speed limit to 80 mph, and seek to oust Gov. Mark Sanford.

And that's just the tip of this bureaucratic iceberg.
