Ann Coghlan says the election commission violated several federal and state voting laws for the 2012 City of Myrtle Beach election. The commission will hear her complaints at 7:30 a.m. this coming Saturday.

She says she has evidence to support her claims that the precinct Jetport 1 was obstructed by construction and the Sea Oats 1location was completely locked with no proper signage to an alternative polling place. WBTW has more details and you can read Coghan's letter below.

The election commission has agreed to hear Coghlan's protest at a strangley scheduled meeting that will happen this Saturday, November 5th at 7:30 a.m. at the Ted C. Collins Law Enforcement Center.
