$65 passes may soon be required to park road-side at Isle of Palms

Spurred on by litter and rowdiness concerns, a consensus is growing to require a $65 seasonal pass to park on the side of the road at Isle of Palms.
Many reports abound, but The Post and Courier has the better; read it here.
The parking rules would be enforced 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. from March through September.
