Charleston moves to redevelop road-locked block

The Post and Courier writes that the City of Charleston is planning the redevelopment of a run-down block of homes encircled by a Crosstown off ramp.

Located on the stub of St. Philip Street, most of the homes have sat empty since the state picked them up to develop the new connections for the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge.
