Slow march against litter bugs continues on Folly Beach

In the wake excessive beach litter left behind by July 4th celebrators, Folly Beach continues to mull new rules to prevent against future incidents.

Read more stories on this subject in our littering topic page.The wheel has been slow turning, but the city looks determined to find a way to punish the offenders without having to take away alcohol from the rule followers.
